Transfer Policy - The Speedboat transfer will be provided by a third party service provider and it will be combined. In case of delayed international flight arrival to the Maldives, It’s the guest’s responsibility to talk to their international airline for refund and/or cover it from travel insurance. Domestic Flights & Seaplane transfer is operated by a third party. Flight schedules and timing is entirely at their discretion and could be at times subject to their operational requirements or the prevailing weather conditions. All booking made 72 hours prior to arrival are subject to availability of seats and confirmation. Guests flight details must be submitted by the agent to the resort 5 days prior to arrival on online@islandhopper.in Seaplane transfer operates during the daylight hours only approximately between 6am to 4pm. On Arrival date, for International flights landing later than 1545hrs OR for night international flight arrivals, transfer will be the next day, usually in the morning. On Departure date, we will not be in a position to arrange transfers for any international flights departing from Male’ International Airport, before 0845hrs. For night international departure, transfer from the resort to the airport will be the same day as departure date, normally in the afternoon. Please note that transfers operate between seaplane 06:00-15:00 and speedboat 06:00-16:00 hours only - if the international flight arrival is outside these hours we recommend you book an overnight accommodation in Male before continuing to the Resort the next morning. The sea planes have a maximum of 20kg per person luggage restriction – an excess luggage fee of USD 5.00 per kilogram may be charged and is payable directly to Trans Maldivian Airways at check-in. The carrier does not guarantee to transport baggage on the same flight as the passengers due to weight restrictions. Please Report at Counter No.38 at the Airport. Hotel Policy - Cancelled and re booked reservations will be rejected, regardless of the source reported to the hotel Honeymooners Policy - Honeymooners will be required to submit certified documents (validity -12 months) and this should be communicated to the Resort at the time of reservation For Honeymooners : Validity 01 Nov 2019 to 31 Oct 2020 (India Market only)• Honeymooners will receive a fruit basket & a bottle of wine on arrival.• If a guest celebrates a birthday on the island a birthday cake will be provided per stay.• Repeat guests will receive a fruit basket & a dinner on their room deck or on the beach For Honeymooners : Validity 01 Nov 2020 to 31 Oct 2021 (India Market only)• Honeymooners will receive a bottle of wine and a cake on arrival.• If a guest celebrates a birthday on the island during the stay a birthday cake will be provided per stay.• If a guest celebrates their wedding anniversary on the island during their stay a cake will be provided per stay.• Repeat guests will receive a bottle of wine & a special beach dinner per stay. To qualify as Honeymooners, honeymooners will be required to submit certified documents (validity -12 months) and this should be communicated to the Resort at the time of reservation.

City tax and Resort fee are to be paid directly at hotel if applicable.
